"Great staff, they all remember your first name. Floating deck & pool are brilliant. Same with gym, spa and lobby bar. Breakfast on the terrace, with a view on the lake, is swell. Dinner at Cetino was excellent. Only constructive feedback: they should add a hotel shop & atm."

"I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como"

"Nice hotel with views of Lake Como but limited parking. Hotel has a great breakfast. No dinner on property but the hotel has an offsite restaurant. They take you there in a tuk tuk, which was fun. The view up there was awesome but the food was mediocre."
