Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.

The breakfast was quite varied, ample selection and very tasty. Coffee and juice was fresh. Service was also good. We had dinner there one night and it was also very good and a solid wine selection. This hotel set the bar EXTREMELY high for our 2 week vacation. The staff is truly invested in making sure your stay is superb. Freshly renovated space owned and run by a very kind couple that puts love into the hospitality they provide their guests. That includes lots of homemade baked goodies/snacks, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in a lovely terrace garden area.

We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo di Valli in late April 2022. The property is beautiful and located in a quiet residential area just south of the city's center. It sits on a hill overlooking a valley, and has it's own orchard and flower gardens. I would definitely go back and stay longer in this region and hotel. Very lovely secluded location with vineyard and olive grove onsite. The bed was fantastic and we slept with the windows open and the sounds of the countryside lulling us asleep. Beautiful. Montalcino is a quaint little town that we thoroughly enjoyed.

When we walked in, the lobby was very nice and bright, and the concierge was very welcoming and helpful. Because we were early for check in, he suggested a few places for lunch as well as a nearby winery. When we came back, the room was absolutely amazing. This hotel is well situated for all the major attractions and venues in the area south of Florence. We enjoyed the property and breakfast was excellent!

Great location. Warm welcoming local staff who ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay at this 15 century beautifully restored former home. Central to Siena. Though located in a ZTL they guided us to enable us to drop my off baggage and no park in convenient parking. Surrounded by historical sites and great shopping and food (including yummy gelato) this is the perfect location for exploring old Siena. And the service was excellent.
