"We had booked a "sea view" room on Hotels.com and the hotel hadn't given us that. We had to show them the Hotels.com website options and they accommodated us. Note that they go by room names on their website, which may not match the Hotels.com selections. The breakfast options were great, and we could eat it in our room watching the beautiful view! We didn't go to the spa, as we think it may be located at their other hotel just like their restaurant. You'll have to walk a considerable slope from the bus stop if travelling by bus, but by car or taxi, you'll be fine. We recommend this place despite these considerations."

"Very friendly staff, beautiful room, gave wonderful recommendations for local food, and helped us secure a driver to Naples airport for early the next day. They even packed us a take away breakfast that was ready for us when our driver arrived, since we had to leave before breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay here! Free breakfast was very nice and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It is a great location to enjoy the Amalfi Coast area without being in the heart of the busyness- Ravello has the same charm with much less people! Only negative is that the pool water was way too cold to swim. Other than that it was very nice."

"The only reason I gave the staff 3 stars was because one staff member was excellent and that was Fabio the staff member who was just ok was Elena. Fabio went above and beyond to answer our questions and get us what we needed. Elena seemed inexperienced and did not go out her way to help us. She simply answered “I think so” or “I don’t know “ I even had to ask her to look something up for us because she was just going to say she didn’t know and that was it. It also could have something to do with her no being able to communicate in English that well. I think this should be a requirement for someone working at the front desk. Also we could not even open our door to look at the view because people were smoking by the front of the hotel and the smoke was rising up into our room. If this is a no smoking hotel something needs to be done to keep the smoke away or we should have been given another room."

"10 minute walk from the station, similar to the port where you catch the ferries and also about the same distance to the old town and restaurants. So it’s a brilliant location. My only criticism was the breakfast which definitely wasn’t 4*. Very basic in all respects for a 4* - that’s my only criticism. They need to improve that to be a true 4* otherwise a good choice."

"It was a lovely hotel. We came here for our honeymoon and we loved our stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The local kittens outside the hotel were a plus we were not expecting! The staff kept our room clean when it needed it. Although we didn’t using the items in the mini bar, they are reasonably priced. Breakfast was always well prepared in the morning and they will serve you cappuccino upon request. Bring your own towel for the pool, otherwise you’ll have to buy or rent one from the hotel. The stairs to Amalfi or Ravello are no joke so prepare to burn off the calories you gain from the local restaurants. The WiFi is not the strongest but it was a nice way to disconnect if that’s what you need. The local restaurants in Pontone are very good and you’ll not be disappointed with their services. The scenery from our room’s patio was beautiful and unmatched. They do not have a shuttle service but have information to a local taxi service who’ll help you get to/from your hotel. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again. Highly recommended."
