Relais Castrum Boccea

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The views and the gardens are absolutely stunning!!! Our stay at this property was peaceful and quiet. The check-in process was super fast and thankfully our room was ready early. Maximilian at the front desk was extremely helpful: he offered for us to have breakfast upon arrival, he arranged a for a van to drive us to the city and pick us up, then he arranged for transfer to the airport (80 euro), and he booked a bus tour for us in Rome. Driver Fabio was an excellent driver, he was very friendly despite his limited English, we managed to make a very nice conversation on the way to and from the city. And he was one of the careful drivers, which we really appreciated! There was a small extra charge for the pool (10 euro per person), but it was all worth it, as we really needed a cool off after a super hot day in Rome. The free breakfast was decent, pastries, scrambled eggs, cheese and meats, yogurt and some fruit. The restaurant also served lunch and dinner and the food was amazing!! Large portions and everything was super fresh and very delicious. Egglant parmegano was the best I have ever tried! The only one thing us that air conditioner in our room barely worked, it worked non stop but it couldn't keep up with the heat. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. We would love to stay there again."

"Wonderful hotel in a nice location. You can walk to the waterfront and there are plenty of shops and restaurants. More was spacious and clean. There is a wonderful terrace. They also helped with transfers. Breakfast was very good. Front desk was very helpful."

"Solo female traveler in mid 30s. Excellent hotel! Extremely clean and well kept. Great room, excellent turn down service. Very friendly staff. Sun deck space with access to private beach was great (pack water shoes!). Lunch menu by ocean was delicious. Good selection at breakfast. Had one dinner at hotel resto and it was just ok. I would suggest venturing out to local restos instead. GREAT location. Short walks to bars & restos, grocery store & pharmacy. Felt extremely safe at hotel and even walking around exploring both day and night."
