Check in was easy and Claudia was wonderful and even helped arrange a shuttle. Room was super quiet and comfy for a one night stay before a cruise. We chose not to eat breakfast there, but for 10 euros seemed like it would be a good value.

This was our 2nd time staying at the 7 bells . We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. It is a very clean, spacious and welcoming place to stay. And walking distance to the free shuttle bus that takes you to your cruise ship. Loads of very nice restaurants close to the 7 bells, We would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Civitavecchai today here,

This was a lovely and very clean hotel. Plenty of room for 4 in our room. The hotel is very updated and located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was great and they arranged transfer directly to the port for us for €10 each. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location. Amazing air-conditioning - particularly in the July weather. Really comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Simple but tasty breakfast. Great place to stay before getting our cruise. Absolutely wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and even able to check in early after being exhausted from a cruise. The customer service was fantastic, properly spotless and our room was very comfortable for our family of 4, even with air conditioning - which is very hard to find! The host had wonderful recommendations of local restaurants and we really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was a great location for a stay for 1 night before a cruise. Room was clean and property was nice . This hotel is 6 rooms in an apartment building right across from the museum . There are no sighns outside. You enter the building and have to go up one flight and the door is right there with a small sign on the door. I will say that they asked for an arrival time but we were unsure of our arrival time plus we missed a train in Rome - when we arrived the door was locked and we had to ask neighbors to call . I finally figured out how to text number ( from is phone to Italian phone ) and they said they were on his way . We waited 30 minutes. After traveling for 2 days we were very tired and upset. They were apologetic and if I knew my arrival time it would have maybe been avoided . It’s was still a great stay .

Very nice place and especially good when going on or arriving from a cruise. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice terrace with a view for the common area. If a little critic/feedback; it would have been helpful to know inside which floor to get to, as we got into the hall of the building where there was a lot of floors, but not stated which one the guesthouse was on. But that is only a small thing.

Wonderful accommodations and great service. We asked where to get pizza and the owner of 7bells walked us to his two favorite options. We went to Da Buffone by the way. We’ll stay here again next time for sure. Book early, because is a small hotel and will sell out.
