I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. Great location just a 5 minute walk from the Milan Duomo. Close to shopping and dining. The hotel was very clean and our room was wonderful. Well thought out use of space. The breakfast was AMAZING!
