Our experience was disappointing overall. The staff was professional, but they were not particularly welcoming, and the service felt somewhat impersonal. The biggest issue was the room itself. It had a very strong sewage-like odor from the moment we arrived. We thought increasing the air conditioning might help circulate the air and reduce the smell, but unfortunately it made no difference, and the odor remained throughout our stay.
