I have stayed here twice now whilst visiting Italy, and i love it. The room was huge and lovely. The staff were amazing and it is in a great location with restaurants and supermarkets near by. Very reasonably priced for what you get. I will be staying there again in 2027, you can count on that.

6/10 Good

The hotel staff were accommodating when we asked for a topper to make the bed less hard and additional pillows. The room was exceptionally warm. The room was clean and furnished modernly. The downtown core is not easily accessible by foot from the hotel. We wanted to walk, but it was quite difficult. Dinner in the restaurant was good, however the chef seemed to strike fear into the server who would run (even when in the midst of taking an order) whenever the bell rang. She seemed terrorized and this made the dinner a bit less enjoyable. Breakfasts were standard for the type of hotel.

A very pleasant, but brief stay. The exterior non-hotel area was uninspiring, but once at the entrance or inside, it was great.
