This is the perfect hotel for exploring Venice. Their shuttle provided round trip transportation to and from the airport, and the train station was located directly behind the hotel, making for an easy trip to the island. The hotel could use an update, but the convenience and service makeup for it. This is a beautiful island off of Venice. This is a delightful little hotel that is in a house just like all of the others on Burano. When all the tourist leave it is wonderful to spend the evening with all of he natives and enjoy a meal with them. This hotel is truly a gem and makes that possible.
Hotel is very clean and well organized. Diago checked us in and was helpful with directions to a supermarket and gas station. He also helped us print our boarding passes for our flight. Breakfast was the usual European fare and all tasty. Bed was comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator. Shower has a curtain which is our only dislike. Would give it Five stars as it is perfect for tourists traveling who need a nice place to stay.
We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!
The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

I don't remember the name of the employee who was at the counter at the time of my check out on October 1, 2023. We were a group of 6 people who needed a large taxi to transport us to the airport and the employee very kindly called us a taxi.
