With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Hotel is very clean and well organized. Diago checked us in and was helpful with directions to a supermarket and gas station. He also helped us print our boarding passes for our flight. Breakfast was the usual European fare and all tasty. Bed was comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator. Shower has a curtain which is our only dislike. Would give it Five stars as it is perfect for tourists traveling who need a nice place to stay.
Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory...
We had a wonderful stay here towards the end of May and highly recommend the charming Villa Clementina in the Prosecco country. The views from the pool (very warm and swimmable) are spectacular and the service couldn't be any better. Kiera was extremely helpful, answering our questions, arranging bikes and making dinner reservations since we can't speak Italian.

The hotel is very close to the Mestre train station, and a stone's throw away from the No. 2 bus which takes you straight to Venice. Seeing many hapless tourists drag their luggage all over the narrow streets and waterbuses in Venice, my advice is to stay in Mestre (pref. near the train station like this hotel) and "commute" to Venice. The bus ride is only 1.5 euro and 15 minutes.

It is very easy to catch a bus to Venice from this hotel. €1.50 each way and it takes just 15 minutes. Don't waste money on the Venice hotels.
