The hotel, the location and staff if excellent. It is quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Venice city. Perfect to relax close to nature. The man made lake provides perfect backdrop. The hotel staff is very helpful from the moment we checked in with Gloria. I would always recommend booking the Spa as soon as you done the hotel booking. Anna at the bar was brilliant when she made my drink she made it perfectly and even asked me to check if it is to my likings. Breakfast was lovely with both hot and cold options. We were served by (apologies if I say the name wrong) Marianeal, she was running the show as one man band. From leading the guests to the tables, topping up the food, getting us hot drinks and clearing the tables. Nothing was too much for her. There are few drawbacks in the hotel I found, where the hotel needs to improve on. One of them was no room water available. Everything you have to purchase as part of mini bar, even water with marked up prices. Even around the hotel you have to purchase bottled water. Rooms had slippers to offer but no gowns. Being a four star hotel I would expect that to be available. Bar prices were quite steep as well but expected being a remote location. I guess you pay for the location and feel rather than the actual drink. Check out time was changed from 12 to 11 and was only notified at the reception at the time of checking in, but Gloria swiftly rectified that for us. So all in all a very good, nice relaxing hotel.

The entire experience at Thai was wonderful. Good breakfast, great dinner and bar service. My only suggestion is that they make massages available to customers that have a reservation there. They were sold out of all services and we had to drive to another resort town for a massage.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Pretty location by the lake, where you can enjoy a drink and friendly staff. Good value for money. The spa is amazing - got several massages, and we loved it. The restaurant is understaffed. They were doing their best, but it was somewhat chaotic, some of our drinks never arrived and were still charged etc.

We stayed for 1 night. The room was dated. Air conditioner was broken. Lights were flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower head loose and flimsy. We were charged for toiletries. Couldn't sleep all night as it was too hot and the noise from traffice kept us awake. I have stayed here before but this time the standard has let us down . Reception staff offered a room change at 11pm but it was too late fors us to packup everything and move False advertisement of claiming that rooms are air conditioned. Definitely avoid
