Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the summer. The stay seemed to be a great value. My only suggestion would be to add sheer curtains so guests can have natural light during the day while still maintaining privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. I wish there were more hotels like this during my travels in Italy, and I would happily...

We traveled with my mother who is in a wheelchair. The accessible Room was excellent, parking was right in front of the room with a ramp. The shower in the room was perfect for her roll-in access. The room was large and had plenty of space for three people, luggage and a wheelchair. The main entrance, Bar and Restaurant were all accessible and perfect for a drink or meal right onsite. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful.
