Clean rooms and helpful as long as you plan properly in advance e.g. telling them your general arrival time if it's after check in and will assist properly and staff cleans rooms from around 10-12am. No provided breakfast but encourages you to explore carpi to find food in cafes etc. Staff also speak good English so don't be afraid to speak English but try to learn a bit of italian.
