I would like to specifically recognize Mr. Gurpreet Sidhu F&B and Mr. Aman from the Front Desk team for their exceptional professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to guest service. Throughout my four-day stay, they consistently demonstrated a high level of care, responsiveness, and attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of my visit were handled efficiently and courteously. Their dedication to delivering excellent hospitality significantly enhanced my overall experience and reflects positively on the Sheraton brand. The food quality was consistently excellent, and the culinary team deserves recognition for maintaining high standards. While the property offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, certain areas would benefit from renovation, maintenance, and general upgrades to better align with the expectations associated with a premium hotel experience.
