"Staff are friendly but not prompt in service. This includes the reception and room services. I booked a Royal Suite and all I got was towel and shower cap. So no amenities are provided. You request for drinking water or maintenance and you are obliged to remind them several times yourself. Ask for the complimentary 2 bottles of tap water and you get only one after an hour. "As most of the reviews have mentioned, the hotel has beautiful views of the valleys. Its nice and refreshing to wake up looking at the views in the morning. You feel invited to the property and the staff is helpful. The access road is terrible and there is no restaurant within walking distance. "They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice.
