"Great staff and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I like that you have the option for a buffet dinner or a la carte. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit and tea. The rooms were nice and clean. We were also upgraded to a nicer room which was much appreciated. And they sent a fruit plate to our room as a welcoming gift. We're excited to stay there again tomorrow."

"The entire process from check in to check out was made in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport.The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

"It was a short stay. We landed at around 3 am and did not want to hit the roads in the middle of the night. And we decided to stay overnight at the airport Marriott. The chauffeur Vishnu was very patient with us as we had to wait for a bit pick up a piece of baggage that we forgot. Check-in was a breeze with Faizan who insisted that we have a late check out option arranged for and he was definitely right. Thanks again. Will be back. We didn't get to use the pool as it was pouring outside but it looked wonderful and well maintained."

The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi.
