Very welcoming and nice staff

We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable.

If you like small hotels with lovely decor and a good restaurant Tissa's Inn is a good choice. You can walk to many sights or take a short Tuktuk ride. Staff are extremely helpful. Rooftop in early morning is very peaceful too. P

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Vivanta is truly blessed to have these beautiful people as their staff. They need help, please see they get the help. Thank you for a very comfy stay. I have only 1 gripe. Your TV...

We only spent 24 hours but it was a nice break from a chaotic, 2-week visit to Southern India. Rooms were clean, food was great, gym is really nice,

Very helpful and friendly staff, great nature friendly property and good food. The bird-watching nature walk by Bibin was a highlight.

The staff was extraordinary and gave us a great deal of assistance and effort. We felt very cared for. Shyam was invaluable in his care and assistance in navigating a new culture for us. An incredible employee in the breadth of his knowledge and his willingness to answer every question.

I was told that dinner and breakfast was included but at restaurant, I had to pay for the dinner.

Great stay at Raviz. Room, food & general hospitality was good. More accommodation for car drivers will help. Staff was polite, courteous & very helpful.

Vivanta Kochi is a newly built hotel, just outside the city limits of Aluva. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I was visiting my parents who currently live in Aluva. As this hotel is only six months old, everything is new and shiny. I loved my room as it was very large and luxurious for what I paid ($46 per night). The room has all the amenities like tea, coffee, soap, shampoo etc. It was would have been nice if the mini fridge was functional. I was woken up occasionally by the noise from the...
