We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues. The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any. Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay memorable.

On may 26th, we wete supposed to ck in at 3pm, but after a simple request, they accomodated us at 9am with a charge ofcourse. That was awesome. The staff at the front desk, Mr. Nizam ( operations manager ), the restaurant staff, Ajit & Manish went above & beyond their duties to make sure we are doing good & comfy. Our stay at Greenwoods was an absolute pleasure! From the beautiful property grounds, to the spacious rooms, to the great food, and most importantly the amazing staff, we loved every bit of it! Special mentions to the activities coordinator Abin and the outdoor sports coordinator Remo for making it even more special for my son and our family! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Thekkady area!

I was told that dinner and breakfast was included but at restaurant, I had to pay for the dinner.

Place was clean and staff friendly. Only issue is the location. Not directly on any main road a short walk through a side road.

The most amazing staff and service I have ever seen in thousands of night stayed globally. The property is new and excellent. The bar has no alcohol though.

Would highly recommend this hotel to others, as it is very conveniently located along Marine Drive (and thus near sightseeing, Kerala backwaters cruises and shopping downtown) and offers excellent hospitality services. When we stayed, there were couples, families and business-types and everyone truly enjoyed their stay.
