"The hotel is located at the new pudong area. There is a metro station serving the area next to the hotel. The hotel room is comfortable & spacious. The metro serve the Pudong international airport Terminal 1 & 2. The metro green line will serve the Nanjing East & West shopping belt. "

"Team on reception desk was not very helpful. Missinformed (did not know the check out time, and that breakfast was booked as well). Room was Ok but smelled of cigarets. Also shower not very clean. Breakfast ok. The gym was very limited."
