"Room was quiet and clean. The staff was helpful in many ways. They waved the fee for parking in front as my husband waited for me to check in. Apparently there’s a fine for this, which is strange. Parking was $35 pounds per day. A bit on the steep side. The garage was covered and convenient. However it was quite full of standing water when we left. Not sure what happened. It hadn’t rained. Breakfast was great!"

"I asked for a hotel close to Heathrow Airport. This was 20 minutes on London Transport, and I had a heavy suitcase. The buses were frequent however. No safe in the room, but since I was only there one night this was not important. The hotel fit the bill for a one-night stay, and staff were very pleasant and helpful."
