"15 min bus or taxi ride frm airport. Had a bar and restaurant on property. They did not have their own dedicated shuttle service but the hotel next door was in the hotel hoppa list and we just got off there-Radisson Blue. Hotel staff was great. Stores our bags until we could check in so we could take a bus and the tube into downtown London. Clean and comfortable rooms."

"We checked into the room after a long day of interrupted airline travel - nothing the Radisson Hotel created. When we arrived in the room, we needed to recharge devices. Unfortunately, all the USB ports were non-functional when I called the front desk there was no answer - they were indeed very busy when we checked in. I returned to the lobby and spoke to a front desk person who advised she would summon an engineer to check on the electrical problem. After the engineer arrived it took 45 minuter to repair the USB ports and reset the electrical system. This should not have been an issue that a guest should have to get corrected while settling into a room. I asked if we could switch to another room, and that didn't appear to be an option. The good news - the bed was really-really comfortable. Thanks, I needed that!"
