"Just stayed at the hotel, arrived at 6 to check in, went to room, not cleaned, bedding/towels and bins all there from last people who stayed there, went back to report issue, young lad didn’t even apologies, felt like I inconvenience him with issue, never complain but had to speak to duty manager, she was apologetic, found another room, was basic than one I paid for, gave free drink and breakfast as apology."

"I want to leave feedback regarding the customer service experience at the Holiday Inn, specifically near the Starbucks area. First, I do want to acknowledge that there were two Indian women working in the Starbucks area who were very kind, respectful, and professional. They treated customers with courtesy, and I appreciated their positive attitude. However, the manager with white hair overseeing that area had an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. I felt completely unwelcome during the interaction. Her behavior toward me came across as irritated, cold, and disrespectful. What made the situation more upsetting was noticing the difference in how she interacted with other customers. I observed her smiling and being pleasant with white guests, while her attitude toward me as a Black customer felt noticeably different and dismissive. Whether intentional or not, that is how the interaction came across to me, and it left a very negative impression. Customer service should be respectful and professional toward everyone. Unfortunately, the behavior from that manager reflected poorly on the hotel experience overall."

"The heating and cooling system cannot be adjusted, making the rooms too hot and the hotel stuffy. Hotel cleaning staff were everywhere (including towels and carts sprawled out in front of the elevators) and were not friendly. Despite the number of staff, the body wash in our shower was not filled and only had about two pumps before it was out when I showered. Only stayed for one night and the location by the airport was convenient but wouldn’t recommend this hotel."
