Llechwen Hall Hotel
8/10 Good
"Holes in the towels No charging sockets Noisy plumbing in the Coach house Arms of settee in the room quite grubby Nice spacious room though with comfortable bed"

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice room well stocked bar great food and a really good breakfast"
Bryn Meadows Golf, Hotel & Spa
8/10 Good
"Beautiful location with stunning views, however the opening times for the pool amenities is poor and the rooms are NOT soundproofed as advertised, myself and my partner were doing adult things and had 2 phone calls from reception thanks to a miserable neighbouring guest, but the staff were so understanding and lovely about it, I would also like to give a special mention to the staff at the top bar who were also really lovely and even insisted on giving us a £1 to have another game of pool even though we had money, him and the chef lad were lovely, and those pastries we bought on the way out were sooo nice too!"
Best Western Pontypool Metro Hotel
8/10 Good
"The first room we were allocated had not been cleaned since the last occupancy however reception gave us another room and upgraded us for which we w ere grateful"

The Griffin Inn

"A tired but welcoming establishment.Riom was basic with a faulty bathroom tap but clean. Staff were great and the bar downstairs was excellent. A 7-8 minute drive to the Hay Literature Festival so a great lower budget option"
Wellington
10/10 Excellent
"The staff are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out we couldn't fault a thing. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, a huge shout out to the chefs! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent position. Parking is an issue but there are council carparks nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay again."
Mercure Swansea Hotel
8/10 Good
"Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea."
