"Great stay for the money. Nice balcony overlooking the locks. Parking is easy once understood ( free parking on small roadway across the street). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommend coming before the café and shop down stairs close."

"We had a great couple of days staying at one of the chalets. Very clean, very comfortable beds and very family friendly accommodation. We climbed the Ben Nevis mountain and this was a great location for us. Great shop nearby for all the necessities within walking distance. Very friendly staff."

"Room was clean, bed comfy, nice surprise that the tv was in the bottom of the bed! Shower was a bit dirty round the door with gunk and the door didn’t close properly so ended up mopping a big puddle after use. For the quality and standard of the hotel I thought the shower would have been more upgraded than it was but that was the only thing and just my personal preference. Also our room was situated right above the kitchens we think so at 7am all the air con units fired up right outside our window, which wasn’t ideal. Apart from that it was excellent!!"
