We were in Eastbourne visiting friends and to attend a wedding at Battle Abbey. Picked the Albert & Victoria Guest House because of all the Great Reviews and it lived up the 5 Star-Rating!! The owner Keith goes to no-ends to make your stay pleasant. He is the perfect host to say the least!! The folks he has working for him were delightful. If your plans take you to Eastbourne then a stay at the Albert & Victoria will surely make you stay Very Pleasant!!!!

The owner was so friendly and made us feel right at home! He made us a delicious breakfast and was so accommodating. The bed was comfy and the decorations were beautiful and artsy. Right there at the ocean!! So lovely!

Great stay, lovely staff, fantastic views

The Tiger Inn was very lovely. The Minnie was a great room, very clean and wonderful amenities. Excellent staff who were very attentive to guests' needs. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - if we had longer we would have ordered hot items but what ate was so delicious and was enough for us. Drinks at the bar were great - a pint beer and a Pims cup (so yummy!!). Didn't get a chance to try the food at dinner because we ate a very late lunch. Would 100% stay here again and would stay at least 2...

A beautiful room and a gorgeous inn. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast and coffee in the morning - amazing! I cant wait to come back.

The staff were the most helpful and friendly, very accommodating! Loved Hugh at the front desk Neal at the night desk and the evening bartended. Best comedian! Had a ball every night. If you like Indian food, the restaurant on the premise is delightful.

Enjoyed our stay. The Inn was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and all employees were friendly, helpful and very pleasant.

Nice stay all around, pleasant staff, nice breakfast but then rooms facing the rear residential comlex/road can get noisy from cars especially with windows open.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten ein super leckeres, mit Herzblut zubereiteten individuelles Frühstück. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem seitlichen Meerblick, was wir nicht erwartet hätten.

All around wonderful

George was excellent operating the hotel and made our experience alot better. The property is in a great location, eqsy parking nearby and excellent dining options nearby. I did not eat at hotel for breakfast, but found great options at nearby beach and back street, excellent Greek breakfast. If we returned to area, we would definitely stay a the Chatsworth hotel again and recommend others to do so.
