"Hotel and rooms were cool and uniquely decorated, very comfortable, with excellent sound proofing close to the airport. Good vibrant bar and lounge area, decent gym and pool for some exercise. 15min uber/taxi ride to Terminal 5, and close to car rentals. Staff very attentive and helpful. Only downer was the poor coffee options in the morning, instant coffee in the rooms rather than a little single cup filter machine. Getting up for an early start would have been helped by better coffee options on hand haha!"

"The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room. As we were on 5th floor, I didn’t want to trek to reception to grab a couple. Otherwise, clean, tidy and comfortable bed."

"Hotel was an incredible price. At this price you wouldn’t expect much but it was a very nice room and clean. Being very close to Heathrow airport was my main reason for staying as I was able to easily catch an early morning flight. But even if I came back to London, I would just stay here and catch London Underground to central London."

"Location to Terminal 5 is great. Long corridor walk between the terminal and hotel. Have stayed here several times. The only issue is there are not electrical outlets near the beds which is a challenge for those with cpap machines. Longer cords are recommended though the front desk has provided an extension cord. Otherwise a great and convenient stay."
