"The staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the reception team to the bar and restaurant team- they looked and appeared happy in their work. I would hope the hotel recognises their professionalism and their hospitality."

Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again."
The Imperial Hotel
8/10 Good
"A beautiful sea view room with a beautiful bathroom all very newly refurbished. We found the fridge very useful too, as we brought our own milk but the supply of tea and coffee a bit mean 2 teabags per day the same with coffee. The lift needs replacing, we found it very rickety. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the money we were charged."
Mercure Swansea Hotel
8/10 Good
"Lovely staff, sits in a quiet area of the city so very little outside noise, it's not far away from the M4 so it makes an ideal base camp if you're exploring areas outside of Swansea."
The Rose and Crown Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location and friendly staff"
