6/10 Good

The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was part of a farm so there was an unpleasant smell of manure. The room was small and very hot. It would have been useful to have had a fan in the room.

10/10 Exceptional

The place was spotless and although a few things were a bit tired looking, you can see that the hotel is being well maintained, with lots of things new and modernised. But it’s the staff that makes this hotel so good. They are not just helpful, they go above and beyond to help, if you even look a little confused they’re right there to assist and always with a smile. They are just incredibly friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. The hotels 4 stars but the staff are 10. From the receptionists to the waiting staff to the cleaners, everyone seems to do their job with care and pride. Would definitely recommend.
