Moxy Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff. Justin and Agnes both lovely."
Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Great location next to terminal. Check in was so quick and simple. All the staff were fantastic, polite and efficient but special mention to the supervisor/manager Lauren. So friendly, efficient and professional. I haven't stayed here for a number of years, but remembered her from last time as she helped us and was brilliant the last visit. Room was spotless, housekeeping do a wonderful job. Possibly cleanest room I've ever stayed in home and abroad. I will always use this hotel when flying from Bristol."
The Gainsborough Bath Spa
8/10 Good
"The stay itself was excellent - from the room, to the spa facilities, etc., it is a very well-serviced hotel. The pool and thermal spa were ok although could do with a bit of a clean to remove rust, but it was ok to use. The spa treatments we booked were a different story: My husband and I emailed to request couples massage as it was our 1-year wedding anniversary. As I am pregnant, we were told we would have to choose different treatments and although normally for couples massages they have to have the same treatment, they said they could accommodate this for us as it was due to the pregnancy. When the time came for the treatment we realised they booked us for 2 different treatment rooms. I did not say anything at the time as I was looking forward to my treatment. My husband enjoyed his treatment and said the therapist was excellent, and had put focus on the problem areas they discussed. For the mum-to-be treatment however, I have to say I was very disappointed. The treatment itself was underwhelming to say the least. No focus was put on the problem areas discussed, and all the massage areas had almost 0 pressure. The back and foot massage were the most disappointing, and it felt like the lady was either new, or not keen on foot massages. The only time she put in effort was on the arms which was a shame the rest of the areas didn't get the same treatment. Stay 5/5, Spa Facilities 4/5, Spa treatment 3/5"
Clayton Hotel Bristol City
8/10 Good
"Nice one night stay in Bristol at the Clayton, good location and the hotel is really lovely. Room was strange I booked a king and got a double and a single in one room? Room was spacious and served us well. Breakfast was a highlight, quality ingredients and nice coffee. Had a cocktail in the bar and it was poorly made . Would recommend this hotel but I felt it was expensive for what we got"
Mollie's Bristol
10/10 Excellent
"An absolutely brilliant hotel. Mollies is my first choice if near Bristol or Oxford."
Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A unique and very pleasing experience - the grandeur of the past coupled with the efficiency of the present. A hotel where you are very much a valued guest not merely a client. Will definitely stay again."
Village Hotel Bristol
8/10 Good
"Good value out-of-town hotel for overnighters near Bristol. Room was fairly well maintained and had all the basics covered. Very few places to eat in the vicinity so you’re having to pay for the overpriced food in the restaurant."
Best Western Plus Centurion Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel - friendly helpful receptionist. Great bar and really good breakfast."
Ramada by Wyndham Bristol West
10/10 Excellent
"Good hotel for a couple of days."
