"Everyone was so very kind! Very convenient to the airport. Short of the elevator not working…. But they did offer to take our baggage to our room 😀. The restaurant staff was so very nice, but the food was meh… maybe just go out somewhere else to eat. I would definitely stay here again! The uber ride was much easier than expected. Make sure you get in the right bus haha. We had to get off at another hotel , but uber was on it. The room was very spacious and the AC worked wonders. Again…. GREAT STAFF. thank you "

"We arrived early and wanted to store our luggage to go explore. Your front desk men were so nice and polite and helpful with both the luggage and directions to London. When checking in around 9pm, a flight had recently been cancelled. Your staff was getting yelled at by many customers. They were still so kind, patient and helpful. We will recommend you to our USA friends!!!!!!"
