Leonardo Hotel Southampton
8/10 Good
"Chap named Lewis working on reception was great, a very busy afternoon at check-in. He was engaging, helpful & a credit to the team/hotel. Checking out unfortunately was a different matter, only one member of staff on shift, lady dealing with people checking out, checking in & leaving luggage. It took 20’ to retrieve our luggage, memo make sure you leave enough time."
Royal Bath Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Refurb of bathrooms good just need new divans very nice receptionist we ho knew us and gave us a nice room breakfast very good parking too expensive but all Bournemouth is refurbed swimmingpool but showers too old would not stay up and other one head kept flying off otherwise great stay would recommend"

voco Southampton by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic and clean after its renovation great breakfast as always that's one of the main reasons we stay here you need to start the day with a good breakfast."
Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful with questions and stuff needed The food was delicious and very well priced"
Laguna Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good sized bedroom and ensuite shower always hot and powerful. Lift to all floors which is useful with luggage.. Breakfast available, but we didn't try it. Hotel in a good location if you don't mind a walk through the lovely, well maintained gardens. Hotel does need updating, but that wouldn't stop us staying there again."
Second Nature Southampton
8/10 Good
"All good. Very snazzy hotel"
Novotel Southampton
10/10 Excellent
"Novotel, are great, and we have used them multiple times, and will again hopefully in the future. This review and my previous review is based on the service received from Expedia,"
The Crown Manor House Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good location, beautiful building. Car park access was not great - challenging to negotiate with tight spaces (in limited numbers) and overhanging trees meant lots of crap falling on cars in even the slightest breeze. Breakfast was nice quality though limited in choices. Lyndhurst is pleasant and well served for quality places to eat (lunch, dinner and coffee/tray bakes). All in all, a nice base for exploring the New Forest."
