"We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I had booked a superior king bedroom but they had upgraded us to a suite which was so special, there was a card in the room congratulating us on our 16th anniversary. Such lovely touches to make the experience truly memorable. The bed was huge, comfortable and clean. The suite was spacious with a great view of the beautiful city of Chester.
The breakfast was very tasty from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the home baked pastries.
I would recommend the Chester Grosvenor to everyone and anyone, particularly if you are celebrating something and want a memorable experience.

"We were there during a heat wave so wish we had air conditioning in our room. Tried to keep the curtains closed but the cleaning staff kept opening them when the cleaned the room after we left for the day, keeping them closed during the day would have helped in keeping the room cooler."
