This B&B was the best thing in our stay in Cordes Sur Ciel! Everything is lovely and comfortable, our room was large and spacious, with comfortable big bed , lovely furnishings with vintage vibe that matches the 16th century home. Breakfast at the patio is amazing, with a big spread overlooking the valley in a cute garden. Our host is super nice and very professional. The apartment was clean, spacious, and easily accessible. Everything you need in an apartment for a short stay was available (most importantly coffee and tea and a hot water boiler). We didn't cook, so I don't know how well the stove or microwave worked. There is an AC/heater unit in the bedroom that worked well. We had the best time in Albi! Hotel es Pasteliers made our time in Albi even better. The Hotel is in walking distance to the city centre. The Hotel is charming and the people are so warm it made our stay very memorable. They gave us wonderful dinner suggestions. I would stay here again!
