Friendly helpful staff, great architecture (bothe the building & in the town). Ours was just a stopover, hotel restaurant was a good meal. We did get a river room view, but the window location was a bit strange.

The property is in an amazing location overlooking the river and where along with two bridges. As an old building itself the whole visit to the hotel was steeped in history. We had a wonderful time and would definitely call again in the future.

Our room, though very small, had beautiful views of bridges and the city across the river. The sound of the water rushing over the weir was very soothing. The restaurant was much better than we had expected, especially for dinner. It was pleasant to be able to stay in after a long day of sightseeing and not have to venture forth again. The breakfast buffet was good, though not remarkable. The staff was uniformly helpful and hospitable.

El hotel no es 4 estrellas. El loby, el bar, la terraza son muy lindos, con hermosa decoración. El desayuno es muy completo. Los pisos en los que están las habitaciones y las habitaciones mismas son un desastre. Las paredes de los pasillos descascaradas. Mampostería dañada. Techos bajos. Las alfombras viejas y manchadas que dan un aspecto de sucio. El aire acondicionado de mi habitación estaba en un pasillo lejos de las camas y no llegaba el aire y además hacía un ruido terrible
