The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.
Our room, 31, was super cute and spacious. AC was awesome. Loved the communication through whatsapp and staff was helpful especially with recommendations. Checking in they give you a map and give info and recommendations to get the most out of every visit.

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for shopping and getting around Nice were spot on. The rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the park from the terrace. Free coffee anytime, free wifi and close to the local tram, train station and a ten minute walk to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The restaurant next door was also amazing and full of locals. I would recommend staying here.
Breakfast bar in the morning was great. Drip coffee could have been better but espresso was fine, food was very fresh and offered wide variety. View was from top floor overlooking the ocean.. 10/10.

I enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Hotel De Provence. This hotel is a block from Rue D'Antibes (main shopping center) and maybe two blocks from the beach. Near to restaurants and everything Cannes has to offer. Jean was gracious, and helpful with directions to the nearest attractions. Slavica was also attentive and both speak good english. Loved Le Windsor and would stay here again the next visit to Nice. It’s in a great location with super kind and helpful staff. The room size was also good for the smaller room- the chairs maybe a bit large for the space but we weren’t hanging out in the room. We could walk to all the places we wanted within up to 20 minutes and it’s a picturesque stroll with the typical Côte d’Azur French architecture and shops.
