"Stunning property and a great location. Excellent restaurant with a vast selection of wines and great food selection and presentation. There is room for improvement in the rooms, the carpets are the same carpets that were there 10 years ago when we last stayed here and are stained and in poor condition in the hallway. The bed pillows are sub-standard foam pillows and only 1 per person. Even though this property has only a 3* rating, this is unacceptable and not in keeping with the hotels potential given the other amenities."

"L'Hotel est récent et toute la décoration de la chambre et l'équipement sont dans un excellent état! L'endroit est facile pour se garer et la vue sur l'aérodrome et les montagnes apportent un dépaysement total à deux pas de la ville de Chambéry. La climatisation était agréable, à noter cependant que l'hotel étant situé dans l'aérodrome, on entend les avions qui décollent même fenêtre fermées à partir de 8h00 le matin, mais cela reste plus agréable que le bruit des voitures dans la rue que l'on entend pas du tout dans cet hôtel. Il y a une salle de petit-déjeuner par étage avec des produits en libre-service très pratique pour manger autour d'une grande table nous faisant sentir comme à la maison avec les autres clients. Cet hôtel est une expérience familiale très agréable et originale, les enfants regardant les avions décoller au petit-déjeuner"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely to have a pool, spa and gym too (although the gym was quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!"
