Learn more about Suva
Dive into the vibrant Municipal Market where exotic fruits and friendly vendors create a sensory feast unlike any tourist attraction. The Fiji Museum houses artifacts that tell stories of island life before European contact, while nearby kava ceremonies offer cultural immersion without the tourist traps. Albert Park provides a green respite from tropical heat, where locals play cricket with impressive skill. Parliament's distinctive architecture reflects both colonial history and indigenous design. For a true taste of local life, join rugby fans at Fiji National Stadium, where the national sport approaches religious fervor. The city serves as the South Pacific's cultural capital, with an emerging fashion scene and arts community that proves there's far more to Fiji than just beaches.

Capricorn Hotel Suva
"This place is very well priced. Only complaint is air conditioning unit was really loud. Unit while it has jug and cooktop etc, there is no tea or coffee so you need to supply that yourself. Very central and nice pool area. Great daybeds on the balcony. Spacious room with comfy bed."
Peninsula International Hotel
"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."
