2/10 Poor

The are good size and the hotel is close to amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. Our shower drain was blocked and we could have it fixed because the desk was unattended. I had be a plumber to unblock the drain to prevent the shower from flooding.

Clean room, very conveniently located by the Suva airport. Staff was kind and helpful at both check in and check out. The hotel is located in a shopping center but on the third floor so separated a bit; some of the rooms appeared to have a stunning view of the river, though we opted for the lower cross rooms with no view, as it was interior to the mall.

Staff were great and helpful. Rooms were clean. Air-conditioned rooms with great riverside views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Nausori.

Very clean, spacious, good views, excellent customer service- very helpful. But note limited food choices but Fiji Bitter was good 😊 Bit of outside noise and loud music late in to the night else everything was good.

8/10 Very good

We stayed at Nausori Plaza for a total of 7 days (5 days the first part of our trip which was a room that was with the Plaza view and then 2 days towards the end with the river view). What we liked the most was the location of the hotel in the middle of town, the free parking, the food options nearby and the wonderful staff. Amit was very kind and helpful throughout our entire trip and so were the rest of the staff! The only cons I would say would be that we had to ask them for a safe to put our belongings in on both of our stays and also the noise in the morning hours around 6am there was loud music playing below us at one of the stores when we stayed in the room with the Plaza view. Otherwise it was excellent and we will be staying there again.

Nice big rooms and staff try to help you as much as possible. Make sure to inspect the rooms at check-in to find any issues, like dirty sheets or leaking AC, especially when they are busy.

6/10 Good

The Hotel itself is well located and central to airport and Suva Corridor but there are certain Health and safety issues that needs addressing. 1. While we were in the hotel there was fire alarm activation 2 days in a row. 2. All fire exit doors were locked, and we tried to escape but had nowhere to go. 3. The alarm was switched off by the staff themselves. 4. Later we were told that the keys were with the owners/ manager on site but nowhere to be seen. 5. This is a serious breach of Fijis Occupational health and safety Act of Fiji and recommend that the management looks into this seriously before some drastic accident happens and life's may be lost. 6. The condiments in the room are written in Chinese even the broadcast in the lift speaks Chinese. 7. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and sealed with some sort of plaster. Otherwise , the staff are very friendly

We were able to early check in but there was no towels, no toilet paper, fridge and iron in the room. Had to request multiple times then finally it was provided. Poor service. Location is excellent.

8/10 Very good

Check in was stress-free and easy whereas check out was a tad scrappy as the receptionist could not locate my cash bond and had to call someone to ask. I was glad to have the bond back though. Our room was liveable, neat and tidy in the bedroom area. The air con was lovely and a welcome relief. Wasn’t too impressed with the bathroom as tiles weren’t cleaned very well. Room has tea and coffee making facilities, nice thick bath towels, hairdryer, etc. it’s a great place to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight from Suva to Nadi.
