I had never heard of BQ hotels. I booked this because I needed a kid friendly property with a pool and easy beach access. I was very pleasantly surprised. This property offered all of that and a very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The AC worked well and the water pressure was good. I would highly recommend this hotel and would live to go back there again.
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel Finca Ca N'ai we felt relaxed and completely stunned by the beauty of the grounds. Our room was number 6 in the main building. It was spacious, beautiful, private and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is quite delicious with offerings such as assorted fruits, oatmeal, cereals, pastries, baked goods, baguette with meat & cheese, and eggs prepared to your liking. Such a beautiful experience! Property is In a perfect location. Close to the Cathedral and train. There is also a bus station 10 minutes away where you can take day trips to Deía and Valdemossa. Concierge was very helpful. I was there for their grand opening, so it was impeccably clean.
Restaurants and cleaning staff amazingly friendly and nice front office staff friendly but a little bit too firm. Everything very orderly and just so. Should be a little bit more relaxed about beachtowels

Great stay but the air conditioner was not operating as maintenance guy said their computer controlled and that all windows and doors have to be closed. We may sure our door and window were closed but the air conditioner did not work.
We loved this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and have a nice balcony. We did the all-inclusive and the food was some of the best all inclusive food we’ve ever had at a resort. The beach, is seriously amazing. One of the most beautiful I have ever seen. There are no private beaches, but you can rent an umbrella and chairs right in front of the hotel. Pools are big and nice but we didn’t spend much time by them. There is not much of a night life here, but they had evening shows. We saw a lot...
Everything was lovely and the food was wonderful. There is really nothing that needs to be added to improve the experience. We very much enjoyed the e hotel, the grounds and the entire area.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Always smiling, very friendly and accommodating. Food was great, hours of operation were perfect. Beach was just across a quiet road, and had soft sand Esther than rocky bottom. Spa services were nice as well.
Our only awful experiences were related to EXPEDIA and the overwhelming failures of a faltering travel company. We booked our flights months in advance only to find ourselves on standby upon arrival on both our flights to Mallorca and our transatlantic...

You walk out of the lobby toward the bar & pool deck then down the stairs across the Avenue ( a mostly pedestrian walkway and you're on the Beach ! )
The security of leaving your goodies at the pool while being able to play in the and is a true gift !
Ideally located you can easily walk toward the Marina end ( for some excellent dining ) or toward the Pier end with a bit more exciting night life.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)
