"The hotel (the rooms and communal areas) were beautiful! It was even better than the pictures, we had zero complaints or points where they could improve. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helped with any questions we had. Our suite had a balcony which turned out to be a HUGE patio, it was nice to relax outside on the sunbeds after the pool was closed. I was unaware that there were 3 swimming pools which was a nice surprise! Lots of breakfast options and surprised me on my birthday which made my day!
The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there is a supermarket basically across the road which was very helpful. I would happily stay here or at any of their other branches if i returned to Majorca! The area surrounding the beach is german party holiday vibes which we didn’t know beforehand, but we had no problem navigating around that so just a heads up if that’s completely not your portion. However, I can’t even think of one bad thing to say about our stay or our trip in general!

"What a beautiful place. We had an ocean view room and the view was exactly what we thought we were getting. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help with whatever we needed whether it was checking us in a little early on arrival day or cleaning our room when we left later in the day or the bottle of champagne on arrival day. "Lovely clean hotel, always a space on a lounger by the two pools. Great food at the pool bar, polite staff. Great location with good walking and bus links.
Had a street view balcony which was huge, and great for street view people watching.
Alcudia Old Town was beautiful, would go back tomorrow if I could! "

"Et meget smukt hotel med lækker morgenmadsbuffet og god mad i restauranten. Kan anbefales. Området er dog ikke spændende, så jeg var glad for at vi havde bil. "
"The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again. "
