The bed was rock hard and the inside pool was very dirty, the sauna had a weird moldy smell, also the fridge in the room was warm. The staff was super nice and breakfast was ok. The drinks in the outside bar tasted like syrup. The good thing is the hotel was close to the beach and the cleaning services was great. Wouldnt go here again sadly.

A great day! Beautiful outdoor pool – there was always space in the area. A great Bar with amazing staff – front desk and Night Shift worker was amazing as well very helpful! Decent food too it was nice! Main thing I would change is having a wider spread of eating times. And about that went on till later.

The reception could not be bettered and continued in a friendly nature throughout my stay. My room was always spotless and the staff very helpful. It was my first stay in a Gruphotel and I was a bit surprised by the lack of welcome pack ( water/glasses/information about the area/bathroom bits etc etc). But now I know what to expect. I appreciated the fridge and the balcony was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, near to shops, local amenities and restaurants and only a 10 min walk to the extensive beach of Can Picafort. The hotel staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The 3 amigos who run the outside pool bar are amazing and a credit to the hotel, always friendly, smiling and welcoming

Grupotel Montecarlo is really convenient for the beach and all the restaurants/ bars nearby, whilst remaining quiet and chilled. I was surprised to have a top floor room with a huge balcony that had amazing views towards the ocean and mountains. The hotel caters mainly to German tourists, but I had no issues. The pool is really nice and everything was cleaned daily. My only gripe is that I couldn't find anywhere to refill my water bottle - but water on the island doesn't seem drinkable.

Stayed here for 5 nights on a cycling holiday. Reception staff are very nice and nothing is too much trouble. I stayed in room 410 which was spacious, clean and had a sea view. I would have liked a more up to date tv. One that I could cast my phone to so that I could watch some English TV whilst winding down after a day in the saddle. Outdoor pool is okay, it’s close to the main road which is a bit of a put off. I used the gym, which is pretty modern and has everything you need for a decent work out. I also used the indoor pool and spa area. Everything was nice and clean. Food, on the whole, was very good. Plenty of choice and suited my dietary needs. I was doing the Mallorca 312 and was up early on the Saturday. I was slightly disappointed with the choice and variety of breakfast available that morning. When I have stayed at other hotels who’s doing the event, the breakfast has been much more substantial. On the whole, a very nice hotel but not sure if I would stay here again. Thank you

4Sterne sind zu hoch für dieses Hotel. Im Bad gibt es nur Schampoo, Handseife und Duschgel; andere Sachen müssen an der Reception verlangt werden. All-inklusive hat grosse Einschränkungen (die meisten Getränke sind nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich). In der Bar sind nur Cocktails die auf der Karte sind erhältlich. Abend-Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und gut; der Speisesaal hat Wartsaal-Charakter. Zimmer ist sauber; Betten sind gut.
