6 day relaxing and casual vacay and it was wonderful. The Vincci staff were fantastic - everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel is modern, outside areas are great with service and nice amenities. Gym and spa facilities are pretty basic but well maintained. This is one if the best hotels I've visited during many years of travel throughout Europe. The property is beautiful and the location is great. Words can not describe the village the hotel is located and the location overlook the med. sea. We liked the polite multilingual staff, nightly entertainment, reasonably priced daily specials, great location, beautiful premises right on the boardwalk, free airport transfers, spacious rooms, bathrooms & balconies. Just wished that the kitchenette had a microwave & some more counter space. Will definitely stay there again.

I was very happy here. An easy trip from the airport to the Los Boliches stop on the metro, then an easy walk to the hotel. Great view, great beach, phenomenal sunrise. Many dining options and everything you need are right there.
My favorite thing was catching a sunrise at the breakfast cafeteria, and starting the day with fresh fruits and food. Easy walk to the beach, and train station(has park and ride parking). Street parking was easy and right out front. In the evening they do a flamenco show, don’t forget to check schedule :)

This is a wonderful place for a dream vacation. Unfortunately, we messed up our dinner choices for New Years and a few other nights. We didn’t realize that the Hotel had a sister property with more restaurants. We stayed at the better property but I wish that we had known about the sister property for New Years and more restaurant choices
