"The staff are amazing and always helpful. Very clean hotel . Lots of lovely food choices. Good entertainment in the evenings.A luxury spa. Easy walking distance to the beach. A nice mix of all ages and a very pleasant atmosphere. "

"The check in process was very, very efficient. Quick, easy and hassle free. Reception staff were very professional and easy to talk to. We were a party of 18. I stayed in room 128 which was a studio with a sea view. I would highly recommend these suites, although the higher floors may be better to cut out some of the late night esplanade noise. The restaurant was fantastic. We stayed on a B & B basis, and the choice of food on offer was enough to satisfy all palates and food types/preferences....

"Overall, our stay was good. The open buffet is large with plenty of options, and the swimming pools are very clean. However, the rooms feel old and outdated and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, one thing that spoiled our experience was finding a cockroach in our room on the last night of our stay."
