"It is my 3rd or 4th time now at the Mercure in Benidorm. It is great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool and pool area."

"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "

"The apartment is spacious and impeccably clean. It has a smart TV, two bedrooms, a safe, paid garage, and two bathrooms offering great flexibilities. Also close to shopping and supermarket. Highly recommend it!"

"Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) "

"Hotel was very clean and looks spectacular. We stayed out of season so was very quiet with not all restaurants open during our time there. Taxi into town around 15 minutes so not the end of the world. Only negative was finding out where everything is, very large hotel with not the greatest signposting. "
