We booked an apartment with two bedrooms in the old part of the hotel and were very disappointed in the condition and atmosphere. I booked a Junior Suite for my wife and I and our expectations were well exceeded. When I pay for a place like this I expect perfection. I found it. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was professional and courteous, and the spa facilities were flawless. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the prices. The food, drinks, spa packages, hotel did not come cheap. But how could you expect a place so perfect to be cheap? You definitely get what you pay for.
