Clean and spacious property, not far from the airport. It has a lovely small town feel. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we could need. There was so much closet space for storage. The washer in room was great, but we didn’t get a chance to use it.
Parking underneath was convenient. Would love to stay longer next time!

Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. A very good location for the hotel and the things that we wanted to do in town. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Very easy to get from the hotel to the other locations we were interested in. A minor, is that the Breakfast was not included, but that was not a problem.
When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.

Old apartment building concerted to a boutique hotel. It was done very well with stylish comfortable rooms and nice amenities. If you are looking for a conventional hotel this is not it. If you want a room that is comfortable and stylish with fine amenities coupled with great service, I would highly recommend the Altstadt.
