Brilliant location for a few days break. Easy transport to and from city.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking under the hotel was easy and efficient. Great room - good breakfast. A bit away from city centre but not too far. Absolutely recommended.

6/10 Good

One of the beds had a rotting apple under it so the room cleanliness was just okay. The hotel itself was comfortable enough for three people.

8/10 Very good

Well situated for us because it was close to the train and bus stations. Restaurants were close by.

Although not in the centre it was a great location. Only about 20 mins walk to the mall and City Airport Train. Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable.

Hôtel Nice and clean and staff friendly. Hotel close to train station. But air conditioning did not work at all. The day we stayed it was 37 degrees in Vienna, and with no air conditioning, room felt every degree of that heat. Unbearably hot in room. Zero sleep because of that.

4/10 Fair

I really liked the hotel and it looked very clean, however, my bed had fleas and the hotel staff did not really believe me (besides me having proof, including the bites) and even though they did offer a solution which wss chsnging the bed sheets, i would not take the risk again.

10/10 Exceptional

This property is truly wonderful. They have a fridge and a hot water kettle in the room. Public transportation is easy and right next to the hotel. So many groceries stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. The rooms are cosy, well lit, and shower works amazingly. The only thing is that they don't have a 24h shuttle service from the hotel to the airport and vice versa as they have advertised. But honestly you don't need it as you can take the train to get close to the hotel and then walk 5 minutes. I honestly do recommend this hotel and I will be back there. Vienna is such a wonderful city, so much to see and do, and Bratislava, Slovakia is just an 1:20 minute bus ride away.

Like Best Western in US, the hotel in Vienna is also good in terms of price/quality ratio.

8/10 Very good

The place was nice enough but felt more like an apartment than a hotel. The decor seemed dated but it was quite clean and the staff were great.

Great location, friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious and could easily accommodate my family of 4. I would stay here again.

Ideal location to stay

Everything was great, staying here. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Location is nice and central. You can either walk the 20/30 minutes into the centre or jump the 74a from outside the hotel which takes you directly into the centre. Would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Vienna. Great place.
