"the room was top class - the staff where very polite & helpful as i arrived early i was able to put my bags in a room for safe keeping . On my next visit to dusseldorf i will certain be choosing this hotel if rooms are available "
"The check in was easy and quick. The room was super clean and plenty of space. We had the two large twin beds and it was perfect. The breakfast downstairs was the best of all of the places I stayed my two weeks in Europe. It had a lot of variety and was clean and well stocked. It’s right next to the train station and there are a lot of people around when you go out. The only thing that would be nice would be if they had more options on the TV. Netflix would be nice so if you came here it’s great just know it only has English speaking news channels and nothing else. "
"Hotel Excellent but was billed twice for our room this was aknowledged by the hotel and after taking our details was told I would be remembursed this was as we checked out. To date I,ve heard nothing further"
