We arrived around 1, earlier than their stated 3:00 check in time. This hotel doesn't have a staffed check in and uses a self service check in system.
There was a very nice employee in the lobby area and she went and talked to the housekeeping staff to see if the rooms might be ready. They were able to at least have one room ready, so we were able to put our luggage...
Staff for breakfast every morning was GREAT! I’d come back just for how nice the gentleman was. Room was comfortable, just bring earplugs - walls are thin.
We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms.
Hotel was in the quiet country. Rooms are good size for three people, staff was friendly, great breakfast. Area is quiet, with walking/ biking trails. No A/C in rooms, but did have a fan, mini fridge. We only started one night, but would book again.
The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. I hate to write anything negative because everything was as perfect as it should be. But, due to physical limitations I have, the location up that very steep hill, had I known, would have raised flags and I never would have selected that hotel. It should be made clear that accessibility may not be appropriate for every one.
Had an awesome one night stay here. Clean, friendly team, all that we needed in the room, great location, and easy access to the bus system. Loved the town! Quaint, fun shops, nice people. The baked items at the Friday market are the bomb!
