We stayed 2 nights in the 75 m2 deluxe apartment (ferienwohnung) located across the road from the hotel. It is a nice and spacious modern apartment very suitable for 4 people (we were 3). Great location with a fantastic view of the Mosel valley, Mosel river and Cochem city center from the large terrace. Nice breakfast and good restaurant. Convenient (and free) parking right across the road from the hotel.

The hotel has a nice location and the staff were friendly. Our room had an old smell, and the shower head was broken, causing water to spray across the bathroom. We visited during a very hot period, and while the hotel clearly states there is no air conditioning, a fan would have made the room much more comfortable. We also had dinner at the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was very basic and felt more like pre-prepared convenience food than freshly cooked. Overall, an average stay.

Dejligt hotel. Værelset var rent og pænt, og personalet meget imødekommende og serviceminded. Morgenmaden var god og æg og bacon mm fik man serveret efter bestilling, så den var altid varm og vel tilberedt. Vi kan kun give Hotel Hegenbarth’s vores fulde anbefaling !!

Schönes Hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön , die neuen Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Mosel sind auch top, Frühstück ist super, die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider gibt es noch alte Zimmer die nicht renoviert sind, da muss ich leider sagen die sind klein, muffig und nicht zu empfehlen.

Voelde me er erg welkom, gastvrij personeel! Het terras heeft een prachtig uitzicht, eten was prima. We kwamen er om te fietsen langs de moezel, na afloop nog even heerlijk in de sauna. Gewoon een goed hotel.
