This was such a fun, modern and clean hotel! The staff were great at communication and very friendly! The breakfast was diverse and lots of options. The beds were comfortable and clean and the atmosphere was charming and relaxing! Couldn’t recommend more!

Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent.
The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful. She took us to our room and was clearly proud of the hotel and what it offered. The hotel construction, furnishings and décor reminded us of stays we have had in castles and manors. Warm and inviting rooms, and the amenities were like those provided by much more expensive hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.
We stayed 3 nights and had a great experience! Hotel is in great location with friendly and professional staff who were very attentive to our needs. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
The staff was amazing. So helpful in planning local hikes and helping with any needs. Family run! Breakfast is superb! Also the meals at night were so much better than the restaurants in town! The sauna and steam room are wonderful. We highly recommend it and would go back.
New hotel. While they are working out the kinks, and the hallways and basement area between the garage and wellness center could be better designed and less industrial/cold, the hotel has great rooms, a great spa and pool area, and a great restaurant. Not truly ski-in/ski out, but only a short walk to the slope.
Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...
