"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and smelled wonderful throughout. The staff were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant, they spoke with me, not at me, which made the customer service stand out. Pros: Attentive staff. Hotel was clean and had a lovely scent throughout the common areas. They gave complimentary bottles of water, and had comfortable rooms with a great bed. The rooms had nice touches, included shelving for storing items, a bench for suitcases, and a well-appointed bathroom (though the shower did leak onto the floor). The towels were quality as well. Cons: 1.⁤ The entrance was inconvenient. The doors are manual rather than automatic, so if you're carrying heavy bags, you have to set them down just to open the door. You also have to walk around to the side entrance, then take an elevator up to the lobby floor to check in. 2.⁤ The shuttle service, although free, was a hassle. It's not clearly located at the airport. It took me about 1hr to figure out where it was and the airport staff weren't helpful. I found it located about 200 meters off to the side, near the medical center, and once dropped off at the hotel, you still have to walk another 300 meters to reach the hotel. Doing this with heavy luggage, especially in the rain, was genuinely unpleasant."

"When I opened the door to my room, I immediately felt warm and cozy. The wood floors nicely swept, my comfy bed, light filtering in the window. The bathroom was amazing with a giant shower, plenty of space to put things, and very clean. The breakfast area was so inviting. The food was terrific and it was the perfect way to begin my day. I LOVED the coffee maker because it had all kinds of choices and was ready so fast. I loved my stay at Hotel Klemm. The only reason I gave it a 4 on maintenance, was because the carpeting in the hallway needs to be replaced. Everything else was just perfection. Helmut was especially helpful and interesting to talk to. Oh, and location location location! This place is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shopping and so many landmarks. I felt so safe in Wiesbaden."
